Those Black Streaks Aren't Dirt — They're Alive
The dark stains running down your roof are Gloeocapsa magma, a hardy algae that feeds on the limestone filler in asphalt shingles. Rinsing won't touch it, and it doesn't stay put: it spreads across the roof and onto neighboring homes.
- Spreads wider every season if left untreated
- Drags down curb appeal and home value
- Triggers HOA violation letters
- Traps moisture and shortens shingle life
Got an HOA letter about your roof? We can usually get you compliant within a week.
Why Soft Washing — Not Pressure Washing
A standard pressure washer blasts the protective granules right off your shingles and can void your roof warranty. Supreme Power Wash uses a low-pressure soft-wash method — less force than a garden hose — paired with manufacturer-approved cleaning solutions that kill the algae at the root so it stays gone longer.

What San Diego Homeowners Say
"We used Dylan for the second time, and once again, he exceeded our expectations. This time he power washed our roof, which was extremely dirty, and the results were amazing. He removed all the buildup and left the roof looking like new."
"Great crew! Very satisfied with their work and prices. Plan to use them again next year. Highly recommended."
"Dylan and his team were absolutely amazing! My grandma lives down in San Diego and not able to do the cleaning herself so I gave him a call to help her and he was able to come out to the house same day and get the job done. Highly recommend to anyone needing roof cleaning or other pressure washing services."
